Danielle was born in Paris and began to paint in New Caledonia and continued on Reunion island, where she was a teacher. There she illustrated a children's book, started publishing greeting cards and organised a first exhibition of her work.
In 1995 Danielle moved to Waiheke Island where she enjoys plein air painting, especially in front of the magic of the sea and native trees. She is happy also to paint flowers and birds, inspired by the French tradition.
Danielle paints throughout the year, sometimes selling her small paintings to the Ostend market or from her studio where you are welcome to visit. For commission work, please contact us.
