 Shipping & Delivery

  • At present we ship exclusively within New Zealand only, but this may change. Get in touch with us to discuss.

 Purchasing and Payments

  • You begin the simple ordering process from the Artisphere website by clicking on the PURCHASE button on an individual work of art. This will take you to our CHECKOUT page where you can select payment options.

  • Payment for all goods online is by credit card only (Mastercard and Visa). Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.

    All items on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable. We will do our best to fulfil the online order, cancel the order or assist with other alternatives.

    Direct Debit Payments may be made by bank deposit for New Zealand orders. (Please contact us at director@artisphere.co.nz for bank account information).

    Goods sold by Artisphere are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1994 (New Zealand). Artisphere Ltd registration number is: XXXXXXX.

  • We may be able to facilitate an in person viewing. Please contact us to arrange this.

  • We appreciate that art purchases can be quite expensive. We have added Afterpay to help you secure your purchase now and spread the total cost over 4 equal fortnightly automatic payments. This is interest free.

    You can make your first Afterpay purchase as soon as you complete registration and you have been accepted as a user.

    Your Afterpay account can be created either by registering at www.afterpay.com/en-NZ or by selecting Pay by Afterpay upon checkout and creating an account. You are then able to complete purchases using Afterpay.

    Afterpay performs a credit check on all new users upon registration. Once your credit score has been confirmed and your account has been verified, Afterpay assigns your Afterpay limit and you can begin shopping immediately.

    The first payment equal to one quarter of the purchase price occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 3 payments are processed each fortnight on the day of the original purchase from your nominated card. No further action is required and all account information including a payment schedule can be viewed, at any time, through your Afterpay account.

    Once you select Pay by Afterpay at the checkout and complete your purchase, we will ship the product directly to you at the delivery address you have requested.

    Afterpay is available to any New Zealand resident over 18 years old with a valid debit or credit card.

    If returning a purchase bought online through the Afterpay system our team will process the refund through the Afterpay platform and we will credit the funds to your nominated debit or credit card and adjust or cancel your payment schedule as necessary. This option is only available online.

  • We want to make your shopping experience is as safe and satisfying as possible, and ensuring your privacy is important to us.

    The Artisphere web site uses Stripe for online credit card processing. This site is Visa and Mastercard approved for secure online shopping.

    We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order (eg. name, delivery address, telephone number, email address), only to complete that order. We do not share any of this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete orders.

    You will only receive email newsletters from us if you have expressly signed up for our newsletter or you have supplied your email address to us by other means for that purpose.

    If you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you. All emails sent contain a link to unsubscribe or to modify your profile. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to any newsletter or modify your profile at any time.

    Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).

For Artists

  • At this point we are only supporting artists working on Waiheke Island. If this is and you feel as if your work would fit with our site and the arists we are currently supporting then get in touch with us through our Contact Form.

  • We don’t exclusively contract with any of our artists. Artists have many options when it comes to selling their works, and our kaupapa is not about limiting the options artists have to profit off their work. We hope that Artisphere is one option for sales and promotion, and we work alongside artists to promote their work.

    Running a website and promoting artists' work though does incur some investment of our time. In the case that an artist promoted by Artisphere Ltd sells a work independently of Artisphere’s online ArtShop or through one of the many Artisphere Events, some small compensation may be requested to remunerate our time and effort. We have found that many of our artists do sell works through other means, and that sometimes these sales have benefited from our earlier marketing and promotional material via our site, our social media channels, or our live events.

  • Artisphere can take photographs of work although we prefer it if you have high quality imagery already.

    Artisphere reserves the right to use images of your work for a range of promotional material both online and in print. This may be for marketing your specific works, or for developing and promoting the Artisphere brand.

    We use a tool to place your artworks into settings to provide users with an idea of scale and what pieces may look like inside a range of environments.

    We encourage you to use the same imagery for your own website, and ask that you include a clear description that informs your website visitors that the artwork is available to view and buy at Artisphere. We can provide tips and advice on communicating this in the copy on your own website so please get in touch and ask for help.
